Through this uninterrupted flow of attention we can begin to experience heightened states of meditation...space and time become elastic, we expand into pure presence and the result is "being moved" by a greater intelligence that transcends rational, conceptual knowledge. ~PRESENCE, PRINCIPLE, PLAY~ Jodi's style continues to evolve as it shifts from creative movement and elemental sequencing sometimes formatted in krama vinyasa sequences to more free-flowing, non-dogmatic approaches to the practice. Always drawing insight from her personal practice, lately, her inspiration stems from the body's bio-intelligence through intuitive, breath-informed movements not always resembling traditional yogic asana. Somatic therapy, shamanic healing, energetic balancing, and restorative yoga have been the optimal medicine for her private students who suffer from all types of dis-ease like anxiety disorders, chronic fatigue syndrome, parkinson's, PTSD, cancer and heart disease.
